Is this the first time the NFL has had the opportunity post Ruggs to set an example? Only explanation I can come up with.
The NFL wanting to give Rashee Rice a double-digit suspension after Jordan Addison got three games is really baffling to me. Not sure I understand how there could be any genuine precedent for that.
Pelissero: NFL initially proposed Rashee Rice suspension of 10+ games; NFLPA countered that no precedent exists for suspension of that length.
