Randomly came across this guide to Canadian etiquette and it’s so specific and accurate! I didn’t realize some of these were specific to Canadians - eg how a gift is also it always accompanied by a card.

I only crossed paths with Kathryn McWilliams briefly - her death is a huge loss to research. Her career was incredibly impressive and I was so moved by these words in her obituary:
