Perhaps it’s just possible that the author being ON the editorial board of the journal played a factor in accepting this for publication?
Can we say conflict of interest? Perhap wasn’t peer reviewed at all or by reviewers who also know very little about the IMTFE? oxfordre.com/internationa...

I read the end as either come up with acceptable solutions or I’ll do it for you.
A takeaway point for uni EBAs is that the process doesn’t end with negotiations or the FWC signing off. Interpretation and implementation INTO actual procedures must take place. Not just “here’s the new EBA”.
