This poor dog is kept pregnant and delivering for the POS man who owns her. Prineville police won’t do anything about it bc he’s in a BiMart (private) parking lot. So, authorities protect the capitalist abusing the dog and not the defenseless creature in need. It’s pathetic, absolutely pathetic!
