So now the voluntary pay-extra, money-grab has become mandatory. Reservations are to the benefit of the service provider to let them know how many patrons to expect so they can staff accordingly. It's a FAVOUR to them. Them making you PAY EXTRA to do them a favour is absolutely GROSS!
