A new #buffbaking loaf. Using a simple no-knead method and cooked in a very hot Dutch Oven. Starting with a very wet/sticky dough. Result: like a crusty sourdough bread without the faff! #buffbaker #NormalisingNaturism #barekitchen #realbread

New trial in the #buffbakery, homemade cream cheese with chives. Used the cheese whey instead of water to make a couple of loaves. Texture good, taste very creamy 👌🏻 #NormalisingNaturism, #buffbaking #naked #barekitchen #realbread #realcheese
