You can make an argument to retry R/P/E to complete the course with 3 drug therapy 6-12 months depending on the nature of the disease. Alternatively consider sub levaquin with low dose linezolid.

They also didn't cancel every show after 2 seasons - no one wants to get invested in anything when they are more likely than not to pull the plug before the ending.

This summer at a Walmart in NJ, I spent 30 minutes waiting and 10 minutes of time with an employee and I get a 2$ USB C cable. I think the cost of the cable didn't even cover the wages of the employee who had to unlock it 🤦.

I've tried to use the phrase "Refine" that way going from Mero+Vanco to Ceftriaxone feels like the right thing to do to the Limbic system of an ICU team.
