The city my mother was born in, was made unlivable by Russia in 2014. That I have come to terms with. But Lviv? It was considered among the safer cities in ukraine.

Slightly on topic, here's a photo I took of the Sarajevo Haggadah a couple weeks ago.
Being one of the oldest in the world, it originates from Spain in the 1300s. This book briefly popped up in Italy before eventually ending up in Sarajevo.
Those wild beasts look cute, don't they?

I remember back when I thought Iraq shooting missiles at Israel during the gulf war was ridiculous... Now we have Iran lobbing missiles over at least two or three other countries.
This would genuinely be entertaining if there weren't so many lives on the line.
