Boycat is easy to use and helps find alternative Palestinian and Arab brands that build community, all while knocking out some of that economic activity for apartheid and occupation! Check out the following slides for a how-to. #BDS #boycat

Favorite recipe by a community member!

This recipe is vegan and was shared by a community member." No Appetite logo, text reads: "Hummus Recipe, Steps, 1) If using canned chickpeas, drain preserving the aquafaba (chickpea water), & rinse. 2) Add 1/4 cup tahini* & the juice from one lemon to the food processor & blend it until the tahini is thick and whipped, scraping down the sides as necessary. If the mixture is crumbly, add iced water or aquafaba until it reaches a very smooth consistency. 3) Working in batches, add the chickpeas and the salt, cumin, &/or other desired mix-ins and blend until well incorporated, scraping the sides, manually mixing as necessary. 4) Once the mixture is well-incorporated, drizzle in the olive oil while blending. Add more ice water or aquafaba to adjust the consistency. 5) Add more spices, mixing, salt or lemon juice to taste. Move to an airtight container & add any desired garnishes (smoked paprika, drizzled olive oil, parsley, etc). *For an allergy-free alternative, you can omit tahini & use aquafaba, olive oil, or experiment with sunflower seed butter for a different flavor. This hummus is good in the fridge for a week! "
