Found another ZFL-2000 amp in the lab stock - but this one is tagged as “BAD”. Will retest and if actually defective, will set aside for disassembly during next snow day. Curious to see if there is a part number / label on the back side of that 12-pin circular Mod-Amp case. #rfamplifier #smokeletout

@ai6yr Plating on battery springs is overrated. First thing to go (flake off or dissolve). Not at all surprised to see leakage with that brand. Had a set of Costco Kirkland cells leak (and really destroy) a LED flashlight recently. First time for that brand to leak badly at this end - so far […]
