the system enabler in chrp 7.6 has a version check in boot3

by patching out the version check you can potentially go lower

search for `0C 50 07 60 65 08 08 38 00 02 0B 20` replace with `0C 50 07 60 4E 71 08 38 00 02 0B 20`

Running macOS 26.1 and noticing the file browser is painfully slow when closing, saving, or opening files. Plenty of SSD space and no memory-hogging apps. Restart didn't help. Anyone else seeing this?

Turns out, the ceramic packaging on the chip itself had a little bit of Uranium.

RPROM is a ROM emulator for 16 bit #Amiga computers (A500, A600, A2000). Kickstart images can be written to flash memory either via USB, or directly from the Amiga using a program called RPROM.
