Anyway, I'm putting here now too.

My wife's a second screener.
She scrolls through online shops.

She says she can multitask.

She also says, "Wait. Is he not meant to be dead?"

To which I say, "It's a flashback."

"Genius" Mark Zuckerberg only ever had on good idea 20 years ago, and it wasn't wholly his idea.

How's that second idea going, Mark?
Meta Platforms is planning cuts to the metaverse—an arena Mark Zuckerberg once called the future of the company—and will shift spending to AI wearables.
Meta Plans to Shift Spending Away From the Metaverse
Zuckerberg’s bet on immersive online worlds has lost the company more than $77 billion since 2020.

It's driving me nuts, as a person who actually watches films with my eyes, to hear characters talk soooo much about what they're doing and where they're going and why. Like, shut up!!

The bottom 90% lost a collective $79 trillion in wages over the past 50 years.

Why? Because the top 1% ate up an increasingly larger share of the national income — so that $79 trillion flowed to them instead of the working class.

The greatest trick of all is trickle-down economics.

Got a "PAYMENT PAST DUE" notice from my old energy supplier.
A bill I knew I'd paid.
They said they were sticking on another £10 because I was late.
But I had proof I'd paid it.

Jesus Christ! it's next to impossible to talk to a human these days.
They've all been binned off.

So...

I've mentioned in the past that the 2000ad concept of "Mopads" is going to happen.
Sky high property prices + solar panels = home that's permanently moving.

It'll be a sad life, forever living on the M25.

We're in this state because houses are worth money, so they're treated as an asset...
In 1979 John Wagner wrote a Dredd story for 2000ad called Sob Story.

In it, a "Mopad" is out of control.
Mopads being mobile pads, self driving mobile homes that auto drive round and round Mega city one's freeways to beat high property prices and overcrowding.

Dredd jumps aboard and stops the...

I can't think of a film staring the Rock that wouldn't have been better if Paul Giamatti had done it instead.

Here, the antagonist explains his motivation.
It's why he's being the baddie!
And you can't see his face!!!

Should the camera be looking right at him for this? Proper close-up!?!..
You know, for drama.
There's a general theme of "camera in worst place for line" in the whole scene...
