بعد ما أحمس الأول هزم الهكسوس، طاردهم لحد فلسطين، وقرر إنها بوابة مصر الشرقية وتحت حمايتها.
مفيش حاكم مصري واجه تهديد من الشرق في مصر، دايما كان بيواجهه في فلسطين وما بعدها.
