around june last year i did a fake evo line for skarm, which is surprisingly close to mega skarm stats wise (link in alt text)
obviously its a regular evo so i only gave it like 50 extra stats otherwise id do 100 speed but benefit of regular evo is extra health to spam brave bird ig
