I just talk about my life, and offer respite from well deserved anger.
Her point is about how interactive and vibrant the stones are!

I just put the stamps on all the finished cards ready to be mailed. 44 is the tally for Thanksgiving weekend. A third of the way there? #christmascards

Book 62 for the year, apparently. I've definitely read more this year due to keeping track of it, like calorie counting in reverse.

I have finished my first 30 or so cards. 1/5 of the way through? But Thanksgiving is always my biggest block of focus time for this activity, so I'm not getting cocky.

It's nice to watch the snow fall over the valley as I write. #cardpocalypse #thanksgiving #airbnb #sealingwax #fountainpen

It's tedious and inefficient. I'm sure there's a better way. But I get little sealing wax nuggets - you use like 3-4 per seal so you can mix colors. You heat in an electric heater or over a candle. You stamp - it has to cool down between. Then maybe you highlight with metallic pens.

No, I'm fine.

Santa is pulling up in front of Macy's and all the envelopes have been addressed. Next we write the notes, seal the envelopes and stamp them. #christmascards

The day I put together how QAM worked in Wi-Fi, and what it meant for data rates, was the day that convinced me that Wi-Fi is akin to messing with an elder god's rituals.

None of this shit should work at all, but it does, and that feels like a devil's bargain was struck.

The powerhouse of Car Talk and Wait Wait Don't Tell Me back to back ... This is why I wish they still published the Wireless Catalog now that I could actually buy things from it. @petersagal.bsky.social

On the flip side I never had to confront the reality of an identity and design ethos centered around aprons with bad classical music puns.
