I don't understand why I can't get my family to stop watching YouTube videos with voice synthesized narration. These accounts keep telling them celebrities are dead that are not. Just a bummer you can't screen the low quality content out.

I know there’s a lot of stiff competition but I think the dumbest people on the Internet are the people who comment things to the effect of “it’s not real magic!” on these guys’ TikToks.

Oh no now I'm having to see conspiracy discourse about Tiktok being over or not over or a deal being made or not made. I was sad but I suspect eventually some billionaire oligarch will get to look like a hero who fixed things and Tiktok will be melted into the same slop algorithm as meta.
