Plan for today... curl up to finish this with a bag of choc buttons, nap, walk, dinner, perhaps a bit of writing but early night. Didn't get home until just after 3 this morning and am knackered. Have a good Sunday folks.

Designing Discworld is coming to Worcester Museum and Art Gallery UK. Folklore played a huge part in Sir Terry Pratchetts popular Discworld series with creatures, beliefs and magic. Opens tomorrow and it looks gorgeous

I usually end up buying a few books while on holiday and last week was no exception. I'd like to share with you a book I've really enjoyed reading. Crypt by @profaliceroberts.bsky.social exploring the study of people in the remains we leave behind. Really recommend it!

I love summer. The afternoons spent in a good beer garden is one of my favourite things to do, however this heat is also draining my energy. England feels more like Australia every day of this heat wave! Anyway, I've had very little sleep, cheers

Today we said farewell to an incredible woman in the heritage sector. Pieta Greaves was an outstanding conservator with a wonderful legacy behind her but so sadly and suddenly taken from us at such a young age. A fellow Kiwi, great sense of humour and good egg. We will miss her so much 😢
