My parents bought their first house in 1970, a 3 bed semi on the Isle of Wight. I'm pretty sure it cost them £6k. If only they had had the sense to buy a 6 bed in Kensington instead for £2k less our lives would have been so different!

it's qutie a mix of women, from the names I've been able to read on the photo, plus the ones I saw as I walked past. Google lens searches haven't helped so if the organised photographed it they have yet to put anything online

Nothing to see in South London either - but I keep checking. We did see them last year one night so it's not totally out of the question. Unlikely though ;-(
