Plus, there’s always the whole “if you want to see something in the world, make it your own duty to bring it to life” aspect of social media. (Not to sound judgmental or anything.)

It could be that you don’t follow a whole lot of people? Or aren’t using keyword searches? I see it on my feed almost daily.

That was purrfect

Here, take this 👑

Right!? This is such a catastrophe!

How are other cats gonna read this if it has to be changed? SMH 🤦‍♀️

Guess where Bluesky came from lol

I don’t think they’re suddenly realizing they’re surrounded by misogynists, I think it’s more like they’re realizing they’re not the exceptions they thought they were. Their efforts in appeasing Republican men are no longer paying off.

“But I just want this one pizza.”

“Doesn’t matter, you have to pay for a full month of pizza up front.”

“What if I just want one slice?”

“Doesn’t matter, you have to pay for a full month of pizza up front.”

I mean, the more comparable thing would be if the restaurant required you to sign up for a pizza subscription service before getting any.

“You can only have pizza if you make monthly payments or pay a year in advance” would be a very weird way to acquire pizza.

I got one of those for a good friend of mine one year lol

Ultimately, I think the car I bought was probably only *actually* worth something like, I don’t know, $800?

But since it was a Buy Here Pay Here place, I had to pay *even more* for not having credit and being poor lol

She even wrote a post about the situation trying to gaslight the user base and change the narrative around what happened.

She is not a good person. I see her, Aaron, and Why as equally bad.

This week, we made a moderation decision that left some members of the Bluesky community feeling unsafe and unheard. That’s never our goal, and we apologize for letting some of you down. I want to explain what happened, why we made the decision we did, and where we’re going from here.

Well, prior to Aaron existing at Bluesky, Jay did stand up for a self-proclaimed Nazi moot she had when they threatened to kill a black user on the site. Much like what they did with Singal a little later, Bluesky retroactively changed the TOS to protect the aggressor.
December 8, 2025 at 11:20 PM
I’d say for a reliable car it’s probably even more than that these days!

I think my very first car was something between $2,000-3,000? This was back in 2008 or 2009.

It was, um, well, I got it at a “Buy Here Pay Here” place and… it lasted me maybe a year or two.
December 8, 2025 at 11:15 PM
Oh no
December 8, 2025 at 10:57 PM
Idk Jay does a lot to ruin the reputation of the site all on her own. “WAFFLES!”

She, Aaron, and Why are the worst.

I… Never said it was?

But since this response doesn’t seem to match what I said, I’ll be snarky for shits and gigs.

“I’m sorry, I thought writers were just handed money for existing and only nourished themselves via photosynthesis, golly!”

(Albeit an Impossible Burger but ya know, whatever.)
