The lack of feedback standards has been problematic since 2017. When a coworker can write “sometimes Kristina uses big words and i struggle to understand,” as feedback and a lead shares that with you rather than pushing back at the isms implied, you have issues from the top down.

I don’t use the generative AI stuff… i use the grammar checker part of it by adjusting the different styles… tense checker, passive voice, sticky sentences.
