This PSA again and also, add quinoa or legumes to your white rice and that can help lower the GI, which, if you're a PCOS sufferer but a rice lover like me, is something you want to be mindful about.
My PSA for the day goes out to people with a PCOS diagnosis.
I know ur doctor probably made a lot of emphasis on the fertility and weight issues BUT please, if you have the means to do so, visit your dentist regularly cause PCOS does have a direct association with potential periodontal conditions
