A bit late but we did make hamentashen last Friday for Purim! The chocolate pecan pie ones were my favorite, but the kiddos preferred the raspberry rhubarb ones

Our crocus lawn astounds me every year. 🌱 I worried that having kids and dogs would kill them off, but if anything they seem denser after three years of abuse!

Round 2 of funfetti cake: Better flavor, sprinkles didn't bleed, but the cake was very dense. Next time, I'll beat the egg whites separately and fold them in, see if that helps lighten it up. #cake #baking #funfetti

80 years ago today, Auschwitz was liberated.

86 years ago, my grandfather was in Vienna saying goodbye to his father. He was released from Buchenwald on Jan 24th, 1939 and departed for England on Feb 4th.

His father was killed in "Riga" Jan, 1941.

How will you spend the next six years?
