With that being said, I don't mention being non binary unless I feel safe to do so. I've tried coming out or explaining my gender, and I get met confused looks, more questions, and even harassment. 3/5

Being non binary is very conflicting to me. As a Black person, I see my gender identity just as integral to who I am as my racial identity as Queer history, Black history, and Black Queer history 1/5
