ED of a BIPOC-led land trust in the northeast here. Whole orgs doing food systems work have shut down. Millions in funding clawed back from Black farmers. Anything DEI-related is being targeted. We can’t grow food in our communities. Farmers aren’t getting their reimbursements after improving farms

Redistribute wealth to those most impacted and most capable of driving change—often the same people. Convince wealthy friends to do the same. Groups like the ACLU need triple their capacity. We must build equitable, just systems ourselves. We’re completely on our own and surviving multiple crises.
