Businesses suck these days. Customer Success is IMPORTANT and the only way you're going to retain customers. Invest in that rather than letting your existing customers flounder while you try to drum up new business.

Exactly why it doesn't get implemented more widely. For capitalism to work, you have to have the poor and houseless. How else will we all be incentivized to work? 🙃

Doing the same study over and over again, proving that it works and would actually SAVE money and resources, but refusing to implement it because...bootstraps? America is stupid.

Science requires noticing the world around you and caring about it, technology requires ignoring the world around you and blatantly disregarding it. If they cared about science, conversations around AI would be way different given the sheer energy it takes to power. 🤷
