Creating reusable components ("blocks") for a static site generator like Eleventy isn't immediately easy like for commercial CMSes like WordPress.

Let's lower that bar.

How about single-file components that store the data model, markup, CMS config, and even JS and CSS?

A prayer plant baby planted in a 3d printed, patterned round planter. https://www.printables.com/model/1302282-fusion-planter Printed in “cherry wood” colored wood-fiber filament, which makes it look a little chunky and carved, hiding the more obvious signs of cheap 3d printing pretty darn well.
