I don’t think it is a surprise to anyone that increased turnover of staff is associated with poorer outcomes for patients. I sent this to my administrators. Staff and physician retention are good for patient care.

As a “rural” neurologist (Fargo) I can relate to this. Many of my patients come from quite a distance (Minot to Dickinson to South Dakota) and even Winnipeg at times.
