Thanks to Bluemercury for renovating the space, I guess. I miss Coffee Cartel but if this is how it has to be at least it'll be something local again.

Thank you. My intuition was that this is both a larger trend because of birthrates and the rising cost of housing nationwide. I would understand if we look bad compared to other cities because most of our city limits are very urban, but that context is all missing from the original reaction.
