Thank you. My intuition was that this is both a larger trend because of birthrates and the rising cost of housing nationwide. I would understand if we look bad compared to other cities because most of our city limits are very urban, but that context is all missing from the original reaction.

Isn't this a trend nationwide? What's a city that's increasing the population of families in their urban neighborhoods?
