It does end! Took me about 6 weeks to stop writhing in anxiety but it's been smooth sailing since. The worst that I experience now is smoking in a dream and waking up feeling sad that I broke my streak, only to then be happy to realize I didn't!

Now that I'm able to start doing some beginning calisthenic exercises on my own again I think I'm going to stop going to physical therapy. It's expensive anyway.
