The ancient sages are also pretty good but you would never have known that from TOTK or any Age of Imprisonment promo footage since they never showed them with the masks off. Maybe they should have done that but I’m not a marketing guy

Maybe it’s better designs, or maybe just a lack of cutscenes for them to be able to do or say something annoying, but I’m liking these rando soldiers they made up for you to play as in this game more than most of the current-day allies in BOTW or TOTK

As early as Mega Man 4, they decided for the US localization that when he was just Dr. Light’s lab assistant robot, his name was in fact Rock. Once or twice they tried to go back on this and call him “Mega” but at this point “Rock” has won out.

When they did the anime spinoff that more directly adapted the original game, it showed that Brock had a full set of six pokemon but chose to only use two in order to match Red’s level since he had zero badges yet.
