Playing the long game is more important than rushing razor back. I’m glad they are taking their time getting him back in the lineup.

To me it looked like it could be a shoulder injury of some kind. I haven’t seen a team update of any kind though

The oilers extending all of McDavid, Ekholm and Walman for essentially the same collective money (1M more) is pretty tidy.
Obviously they’re very fortunate that McDavid signed for what he did but this ultimately sets them up well to extend their run of competitiveness for 2 additional years
