Odd phrasing. He's a Vancouverite & academic. Housing is core need that's beyond unaffordable for so many, decimated by poor policies (successive Govts at all levels).

Citing AHVer Jens, who only pushes supply, who advocated for foreign buyers & didn't pass the mohan test (which lost in court)- is rich.

Condon's data. He's well regarded in academia, and is neither yimby or nimby. His "Broken City, Land Speculation, Inequality, and Urban Crisis" is peer reviewed.
