Bortac must have changed greatly. But guys and gals I knew during my time were running sub 12 min 2 miles and repping 20 pull-ups without issue. Former 2x band camp fitness award winner and some of the Brotac in the mid 2000s made me puke. Same goes with fam camp, former sf running 10:50 two milers
