Update: I realized I had the phone number of a neighbor. Texted her and discovered the palm tree’s owner wanted it gone! I visited and verified, and am now the owner! It looks great!

I was working at a client’s this week and brought Cooper. Cooper has never met a bunny before and was incredibly interested in the bunny caught in a life trap on the deck. The bunny was less enthralled.
