This is imprecise, but I think this might be the map of SB79 upzoning for North Park. Based on major transit stops that include frequent routes with at least some dedicated bus lanes. This is 1/2 mile, so everything within these circles would be 55-foot height limit.

Maybe it’s just me, but I read this passage as a response to the commentary by @scottmlewis.bsky.social and it seems to be: don’t blame me, blame the county?
