Only, from the news reports lately about citizens with proper papers being ignored, it's been more like this:

My issue is that the EO only declares the part of the gulf around the US Continental Shelf: "U.S. Continental Shelf area bounded on the northeast, north, and northwest by the State of Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Florida and extending to the seaward boundary with Mexico and Cuba" Thus:
How the Gulf in the North American area should be referenced on the maps based on the actual wording of the Executive order. Gulf of America above the purple line, Gulf of Mexico below the purple line. Some of these tracks are side by side. However, the snow people usually walk single file to better hide their numbers....
