And the "lack of political alignment" is suspect. The law actually says that expedited removal is allowed. You're taking issue with the court order, which wasn't received in time.

Which she will have. However, she has to have that due process while not in the country. That's how it works, and how it has worked historically. "Due process" doesn't mean she gets to stay here in the meantime; she's a worker, not an asylum seeker.

What I'm saying is that the information thus far indicates that, yes. As I said, she went to the funeral of an internationally known terrorist and claimed she didn't really follow that aspect.
