Great sounding projects, Brian! Is there a deadline for applications, or should interested parties simply get in touch to discuss? Just want to have the info before I circulate to some of my undergraduates

...of genes found to be enriched. Overlap between the 3 studies had only one gene. I now teach this example as a caution to u/grad students to not believe the hype... Inevitable with new tech but proteomics I thought more mature than that... (2/2)

Ha! This reminds me of early microarray papers from 2002 comparing stem vs differentiated cell gene expr tonidentifyb'stemness' genes. 2 studies back to back in science, similar number of DEGs but really poor correlation. A third study a few months later, same number... (1/2)
