What causes the green streak?

I encountered a unisex bathroom with stalls for any gender. The walls between stalls were floor to ceiling with a full door. Total privacy. I appreciated this approach for privacy and efficiency. Women’s bathroom waiting lines can get long, while men usually don’t have a line at all.
