This is my baby dog, Cleo. She's a year and 3 months old now, but we got her when she was just 8 weeks old. Two of her nicknames that she will always have no matter how old she gets are baby dog and baby girl.

Which is why BlueSky is nice enough to allow each individual user to tailor their level of moderation on their account so they don't have to encounter anything they don't wish to. A friend of mine even posted screenshots of all the options available for moderation in your settings.
