The big highlight for tonight's CrossWorlds session with @sparksechidna.bsky.social & @rechi-c.bsky.social was that our first race playing as Team Chaotix was the best race we had. We totally crushed it!

City Trial is nuts! I’ve heard for years how loved this mode is in the original game, and after a few rounds of it, I get why.

Also Ricky is going to be a favourite because oh my god his special move…

I think they’ve sold me with Kirby Air Riders. It’s super fun and chaotic, and the presentation is superb!

It will take multiple races to gradually grasp what kind of racer it is, which is a combat racer. Stick with it if it doesn’t click with you right away. Eventually it will make sense.

Yooka-Replaylee feels even nicer to control, the worlds have more to interact with, and i'm really enjoying the orchestrated music.
