Payments were all cleared months before the due date. Yet the agent send the itinerary and flight tickets almost less than 2 days before departure date. Some of us were irked by how slow he's sending out the itinerary and the flight tickets. Even when we urged the agent, he made fake promises.

As I know, the travel agent should've sent out the itineraries and booking flight tickets months ago before the due date. There should be around 1 or 2 representatives joining the tour till the end, unless requested by clients.
