rastapha I'm sure at this moment, we're all still trying to find the words to express the gratitude that we have towards being able to be a part of, witness, share, and experience the ride that is and was The Eras Tour. 149 shows across five continents, 10 million people entertained globally, with some of the most talented group of artists, has been a joy to experience! The entire team, exemplary and such a delight to be a part of. Thank you all for these moments that are forever solidified in my memory and spirit. A 2 year life changing journey for myself, and so many others involved and witness to. A multitude of emotions still marinate, but immense gratitude forever present for this time and family.
Thank you @nopenother for your heart, art, care, and genius. It's continuously been an honor to watch you create, navigate, and put all the pieces together to create this world through the eras. You yourself and your team, @jhudmoves @amandabalen one of a kind and like no other. Thank you all for trusting us to carry your vision forward.

i'm going to miss this era of life with my whole heart. this tour has changed me for the better— i have experienced beautiful cultures, spoken in different languages, performed for new crowd after new crowd, all while being with a group of people who became family.

No more looking at my watch 20 times to make sure I don't miss a call. No more saying goodbye to my family, no more "how many sleeps now?" No more jet lag.
It's done.
No more slipping into new languages, cultures, cuisines, accented pleasantries. No more snow in Tokyo, watch factories in Switzerland, museums in Sweden, bass shops in Australia, steaks in Rio, tattoos in Ireland, runs in Germany, flowers in Amsterdam.

It's done.
No more walking into a ringing stadium feeling like a gladiator. No more screaming lyrics with a perfect stranger who's now your best friend. No more Stage Right Obstructeds (my people). No more staring in awe at my family/friends who just moments ago were sharing a ridiculous joke, suddenly transformed into iconic titans, towering and thriving in the blinding lights. No more being called upon to dig the deepest I can, requiring the very best I am capable of.
This is the best I can do now. It's a completed work. We watched it go from What If to How Will It Be to Here We Are to Almost Done to Done. The record books are closed with fresh ink on a lot of pages. I've emerged changed. As a player, performer, person, partner. Backstage after the final curtain I let myself sink to my knees for a bit, before laying on the floor gently reminiscing with @teetime23 . Spent.
We lived a lifetime. If you think it felt like graduation, it did.
I feel so much love and gratitude to be a part of this community, which l've been privileged to watch grow into so much more than a collective of people who like the same songs. The shooting stars I shared the stage with, a lifelong fellowship.
