I had an excellent time at Summer Games Done Quick. I contributed my first prize, finished a different quilt that I've been working on for ages, and got to enjoy Alli doing magic around the event. Can't wait for AGDQ to do it all again! Love this community, y'all are fucking awesome. ❤️

I had a hellish existence at GDQ last week. 837 miles from Pittsburgh the rock I'd built my life upon shifted and took that life with her.
I returned to a half-empty home without the life that it should have contained. I wept for what I had lost and knew I wouldn't ever recover it.

Went to my parents for dinner after getting a much needed post-GDQ nap and my mom laid out 3 quilts for my dad and I to pick from. She picked this one up to show us and I called dibs immediately. I'm a sucker for color gradient/rainbow quilts. Thanks mom! ❤️

I've almost finished my 8th quilt, tentatively named Shattered Dreams / Raising Spirits. Just need to add borders to the edge so it'll be king sized, then it's off to the quilter!

After 2 months with my Ioniq 6 I just today figured out how to set the amperage on the charging cable. 🤦 At least charging at home is actually viable now that it's charging at 10 amps instead of 6. 🤷

Good news: I'm running Jak and Daxter No LTS for Speedromizer on November 24th!
Bad news: it's at 12:15am Central Time so commentary is a bit hard to find.

I'd do the favorite game for a like thing but I'd just say Jak and Daxter, Satisfactory, and Returnal in that order and then go down my Steam library ordered by playtime. 🙂↕️

After a week of gaming, board games, impromptu karaoke, Harry Potter dubs, Blood on the Clocktower, more board games, running panels, meeting some idols, more board games, and watching speedruns I think I'm ready for normal life. Definitely going back next year. ❤️
