We have repeatedly called for children to be brought to safety. This must be just the beginning, with no more delays to evacuations.

The targeting of health care facilities and workers means nearly all hospitals in Gaza have been destroyed or damaged. This must stop.

Great paper today, post-test probability of SAH when negative CT performed within 6 hours was 0.5%, and 1% for *aneurysmal* SAH overall when negative CT performed up to 24 hours... Do we need to do LPs?
