It’s actually sad to see the VVD, until recently one of the great stable centrist parties of government, doing the same as the UK Tories, and becoming a Trumpite alt-right meme factory. The only thing worse than an idiotic populist is someone who pretends to be one to try and become more popular

Is dat niet ook de bedoeling? Dat de VVD een tweestrijd start met PvdA/GL, zodat ze niet weer in een wedstrijdje wie-is-de-meest-racistische met de PVV belanden? Hoe meer het over klassieke thema's gaat, hoe minder het over PVV-thema's gaat. Lijkt mij voor VVD én PvdA/GL heel goed.
