I saw a guy on TikTok demonstrate how to make a handy tool for ICEy weather. Take a piece of rubber tubing, such as one finds in the reservoir of a drip coffee maker, and push nails through it. Rotate ninety degrees, add a nail, repeat. Shove it in a Rx bottle (sans label) for safe keeping.

That book is awesome! I read it two years ago. Five out five. The titular short story is intense. I should re-read it. Considering recent events here in the US, it (and the rest of the collection) will probably hit differently.
