The Trump administration has zeroed out TRIO basically eliminating it. Over 900,000 students, low income, first generation count on these programs to help them navigate the world of higher learning.

You want to see protests…this will bring protests that will make Vietnam and even the Civil Rights era look puny. The current code is millions of lines written in cobol. Any needed update will take years to properly test and implement. It needs updating but it’s not something you can do in months.
