You can only see the back of Edward's head, but he is slightly slumped forward. Edward's right hand is hovering above the dagger. The scene is dramatically lit from the top right, but you can just about make out Izzy’s bandaged foot and missing pinky toe. Izzy's left hand has dug some scratches into the deck. Next to them on the floor are a couple of items scattered around: Edward’s rings, the buttons of Izzy’s vest, a small container of ointment.
