I particularly enjoy florals. Lately, I’m obsessing on a book of Pierre Redoute botanicals. I like these because they are based on actual, famous paintings that I can easily look up to match the colors.

The hallways echo the offices of the company from which I retired; endless blue hallways of empty offices with the lights turning on and off as one navigated the corridors. Except ours was the Tellabs building, not the Bellabs building

Do you grow them as perennials? We use them as annuals here, but the weather is so messed up they are blooming in November. Many more buds have set since that photo was taken

🌱Anybody else coping by setting out Christmas lights? Its actually a bit disconcerting. I don’t think I have ever had flowers blooming while I was setting up the lights, like ever.
